Baked Potato
Ingredients:

- Wash and boil potato, taking care that the skin does not rupture.
- Cool under water and ten for at lest 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
- Cut potato lengthwise (do not remove skin).
- Scoop out the potatoes from skin. Mash and add butter, milk and seasoning. Cream well with wooden spoon.
- Fill this mixture back into the potato skin.
- Top with grated cheese and bake or grill till cheese melts and turns golden brown.
